Madrid, November 5, 2024. Línea Directa Aseguradora will keep its special customer service protocol active for the next few weeks, including the weekend, due to the recent DANA floods in various areas of Spain, especially in the Valencian Community, Andalusia, and the provinces of Albacete and Cuenca.
As part of this protocol, the company has made a priority assistance phone number (918 079 990) available to its policyholders, through which customers who request it will receive advice and help in managing their claims with the Insurance Compensation Consortium (CCS), which is the body responsible for covering material and personal damages suffered in events like this.
This phone number, operational since last week, also during the All Saints’ Day long weekend, has extended hours from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The entity has also reinforced its social media support.
Through these channels, policyholders can request information and assistance to file their claim with the Consortium. In this regard, customers can report the damages suffered to their cars and homes through the Consortium’s website or by calling 900 222 665. Likewise, if requested, Línea Directa offers the possibility of filing claims on their behalf with the mentioned body.
The entity also offers affected customers a free psychological and emotional support service.
In parallel, and in collaboration with the Red Cross, Línea Directa has launched a donation campaign among its employees, customers, and the general public to raise funds to help those who have suffered this natural disaster and require urgent assistance. The entity will match the financial contributions received.
