Línea Directa Aseguradora approves a second interim dividend of €0.0138 gross per share

• With this second dividend, Línea Directa will have distributed €0.0276 per share to date, totaling €30 million as an ordinary interim dividend for the 2024 results.
• The payment of this second interim dividend, amounting to €15 million, will be made on December 19.

Madrid, 12 December 2024. The Board of Directors of Línea Directa Aseguradora agreed today, December 12, 2024, to distribute €0.0138 gross per share in cash as a second interim dividend for 2024, totaling €15 million, to be paid on December 19.

The ex-dividend date will be December 17. Thus, December 16 will be the last trading date to purchase company shares that grant the right to receive this dividend. The record date will be December 18.

With this new payment, the total remuneration to Línea Directa shareholders as an ordinary interim dividend for 2024 amounts to €0.0276 per share. Thus, the total amount allocated to shareholder remuneration rises to €30 million from the company’s profits.

Línea Directa Aseguradora closed the first nine months of the year with sustained growth in net profit, which stood at €40.7 million, driven by a strong improvement in the insurance margin and excellent commercial performance, with positive progress in all business indicators, showing accelerated growth in both revenue and customers.
